Classification and Advantage
The composition of Art-Stone H-Stone brand：
Art-Stone H-Stone brand’s major composition is the natural stone, the proportion of its natural stone material in different type production is about from 90% to 96%, the others are the resin.
The classification of stone：
According to choosing the difference of natural stone material raw material, Art-Stone H-Stone brand is divided into three kinds of type: Marble type, granite type and quartz type.
The advantage of stone：Synthetic stone major composition are natural stone materials, therefore still has following self advantage except having maintained the characteristic of natural stone:
1. No radiation: Synthetic stone is different from natural stone. Natural stone material is a kind of minerals article, it have radiation or not, decided by whether it have radioactive element to mix in stone material in mine forming course; But synthetic stone is a kind of industrial product, factory carries out detection and selection when raw material enters factory, then get rid of those radioactive element in the raw material, and in the produce procession, the work of smashing and washing, also remove those harmful materials, so the radiation is reduced to the low. We send our production to national stone material quality inspection enter to test, the result of radiation is 1/15 of class A product (JC518-93 standard).
2．No color difference: The problem of color difference of natural stone material is the most difficult one to solve. Because of the discrepancy of condition and composition, even if the natural stone board is cut from the same raw stone material, it can not have the same color. But man-made stone can be made the same color, so it is suit to use especially in the place that ground needs large number of boards.
3． High Strength: The strength of natural stone depends on the integrity of natural stone. Since natural stone changes in becoming mine course, because of condition, and the factors such as impurity, it has many pore and slight crackle. It is the weak point of stone material. But synthetic stone haven’t those weaknesses. Therefore under the same condition, synthetic stone can be made more thin, as a example, a plate of 600mm *600mm, a natural stone plate needs 15mm thick or more, and synthetic stone needs only that 12 mm is enough. While raising strength, it can still reduce the load of building and the cost of construction.
4．Low rate of water inhibitions: The natural stone materials have plenty of tiny hole and subtle slight flaw, and must have certain inhaling water rate. Natural stone material can arouse the change of color after inhaling water, especially granite, can produce the phenomenon with different depth after inhaling water. The adhesive of man-made stone is resin, resin don’t inhale any water, therefore the man-made stone inhaling water rate far less than the natural stone. Man-made stone inhale water rate generally less than 0.36%, and the synthetic stone made of little pellet inhale water rate is just only 0.01 ～ 0.02%
5．In favor of environmental protection: The resin in Art-Stone H-Stone brand synthetic stone does not have poison, radiation is far lower than Class A level standard, its surface density is very high, and does not inhale water, so Art-Stone H-Stone brand have strong ability to fight pollution, it is a kind of very good environmental protection building materials.
6．Good ability of preventing slipping: The resin in Art-Stone H-Stone brand synthetic stone is a kind of material with great coefficient of friction, the coefficient of friction of synthetic stone is larger than the natural stone materials. The product coefficient of friction of its quartz series and granite series is larger than 0.45, marble series is higher, the highest is up to 0.9, so synthetic stone need not to do anything for preventing from slipping.

Art-Stone H-Stone brand’s Quality Management System

It’s superior to natural marble in characteristics like density, Compressibility and waterproof. Automatically cut by high-precision cutter, it needs no repairing at work site thus reduces error and saves work hour. We use several steps in producing the synthetic stone. The first step is selecting and sorting original stone based on the pattern, color and size. Secondly, according to different formula, use stone crusher to crush the original stone into granules of various size. The third step is adding cohesive to the granular stone, stir them in vacuum, vibrate and add pressure, then come out the standard stone plates. After polishing the sides and angle again, we got the final products of standard size. The final work is packing.
